Cleaning a villa is teamwork in every sense. One person takes the majlis and living rooms, another the bedrooms and bathrooms, a third looks after the main kitchen, the prep kitchen and the laundry. Then they meet at the stairs and entrances, where dust hides in corners nobody notices except your guests.
We always start with what visitors see first. The front door, the majlis, the guest bathroom. Then we move on to what builds up quietly, like courtyard floors, balconies and the space under the stairs. The price is not counted in hours or heads, but as a fixed package by number of bedrooms, which you know before we set off.

Fixed package by number of bedrooms, including team, materials and equipment. Villas over five bedrooms are priced from photos. Prices are in dirhams and start from the figure shown. You get the final price before we set off, based on size and condition, and nights and Fridays cost the same.

Small tips that make a big difference
- Hosting? Book the clean a day or two before, so the floors are still spotless on the day.
- If the villa has been shut all summer or has just come out of maintenance, tell us when you book so we send the right team and kit.
- Combine a majlis wash or tank disinfection with the villa clean on the same visit and save yourself a whole appointment.
Frequently asked questions
How do you price a villa?
By the number of bedrooms first, then by what we see in the photos: a large majlis, the roof, the courtyard. The price is a fixed package we send before we come, and it does not go up if the team needs longer. We do not work by the hour.
Do you do the courtyard and the roof?
Yes, we sweep sand and dust from the courtyard, roof, balconies and outdoor seating. Gardening and landscaping are not our line of work.
Can the sofas and majlis be washed on the same visit?
Wiping down the majlis is part of the package. If the sofas need steam or shampoo washing, we add it to the same appointment at a separate price we tell you before starting.
Do you come on Fridays or in the evening?
Yes, we work day and night all week. Pick the time that suits you and the villa's access.
