Carpet and rug cleaning
A rug that looks clean on top can hide enough fine sand underneath to fill a bag, and that sand is what breaks the pile and makes it go dull over time. So we start with a slow, deep vacuum in two directions, then treat the stains, then shampoo or steam depending on the fibre, pull the water out and groom the pile until it stands up again.
Fitted carpet in offices and bedrooms is cleaned in place, and loose rugs are cleaned at home too. Silk or old hand-knotted rugs, send us a photo first. We will tell you honestly whether cleaning it at home is a good idea, even if it means losing the job.

When will the carpet be dry?
Between six and twelve hours, depending on pile depth and airflow. AC and fans cut the time down.
Do you clean silk rugs?
Silk and old hand-knotted rugs need an assessment first. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether cleaning at home is right for them.
How do you price it?
Per square metre for rugs and fitted carpet, with a minimum per visit. Send the sizes and you will have the price before we set off.
Will cat and dog smells go?
They fade a lot after washing and stain treatment. If they have reached the backing, it can take more than one treatment.
