Move-in/out cleaning in Dubai: what to know
Most Dubai landlords want the flat back clean before returning the deposit, and units are inspected on exit. We know what catches an inspector's eye: inside the oven and fridge, limescale on taps, the balcony floor, behind the appliances. If the flat is new from the developer, we clear construction dust, glass stickers and light paint marks.
